Google remarketing ads trigger when a person visits your website. After they leave we remarket to them as they surf the web. Your ads are positioned on sites like YouTube, ESPN, BestBuy, classified sites, local news sites, most blogs & more. This happens regardless of location. They will think you have a big budget and are advertising everywhere.

If you don't have a website or want to use Google remarketing let us know. We are adding it for free, so it won't cost you anymore or less. See out FAQ below for more.

Branding ads are focused in your farming / geographic area. We base the ads on people in your zip / postal code who are over 30 (and not kids watching video games). This is 100% a branding play. For agents already doing direct mail, print ads and outdoor media... it's a no brainer.

For $50 we are averaging 50,000-90,000 impressions per month + you get traffic direct to your site (unlike traditional media).

However, we only suggest this for people who have a website. Real estate leads is a science and this is a basic program to at least get you on the top. Set up cost? We have a $79 one time set up cost. It's not a money maker. We just need to cover costs.
