How it works:
This is a sample house seller landing page. It's clean, mobile friendly and directly speaks to the consumer looking to sell!
If you already have a website and house values page... let me ask "how many leads has it converted? I suggest keeping what you have, but driving all paid ads to something like this. You'll see it actually produces seller leads! |
Step 1...
The above page has a few benefits. The 1st is that "like a ninja it gives you a higher average page view"
Google tracks how many pages a person looks at when on your site. Sites with better content have higher averages. If you drive paid ads to a landing page asking for a contacts info right... and they close the window or leave (it's like a mark against you). See Google wants to show ads that when clicked they move forward. So we drive them to a clean simple page that when clicked moves them forward to step 1 (the address capture page). Here you'll see it's simply asking for the address. People will fill in the address with no fear of giving out contact info (and hope the next page gives them the results on what the home is worth). So by this point you already got alerted someone filled in the address! Now we'll capture the contacts info. For those who don't... atleast you got the address!!!

Step 3 asks for buying info on the thank you page :-) How many sellers are buying? Nice information to have isn't it? We use a video to explain how you can set them up on a local MLS email alert. One way we increase conversion is to ask them in plain english (not some 30 point questionnaire with drop downs). Something is better than nothing and this approach gives you more to work with. How to get home seller leads on Facebook
You need traffic to get anything and thats why we made a training program for real estate agents showing them how to drive traffic!
How to target sellers on facebook? Good question. We show you. What you'll need:
- A facebook profile (free)
- A facebook business page (FREE & you don't actually need use it, but for your ads to run they'll need to be connected to your business page).
- Images for your ads (we provide them - samples below).

Example 1: "Everyone in your city over 40, who speaks english"
This is kind of a catch all and you'll be targeting thousands of people.
Example 2: "Everyone over 40, who speak english & are engaged to be married!"
This limits the number of people you target, but if they are 40 or older they should have equity in the property and because they are getting married they might be selling two homes and buying one!!!
Example 3: "Everyone over 30 in your city who speak english & expecting a baby"
Think they will need more room for the family and thinking of selling? Yep :-)
