The idea: We hold small group sessions on a monthly basis to keep your agents accountable with ongoing personalized coaching.
The cost: $100 per agent per month (paid for by the agent, not the brokerage). The term: Month-to-month, no contract. More info: Once a month we meet in groups of 10 to REset our goals, shift our focus and be accountable with actionable steps! The agents will get live coaching, automated monthly reminders, goal setting and accountability templates. We also include a "3 a day challenge" to prevent them from dropping leads in the cracks. Every month we regroup and and mastermind with the agents to keep them on course. We can do this with just your agents (if we get groups of 10) or we can add them to other groups already happening. |

The idea: We do a live coaching session on a bi-weekly basis and record it. The recording gets rebranded as your brokerage and turned into a membership site!
The cost: $174 per office per month (ALL agents can get access, even the ones you are recruiting). The term: Month-to-month, no contract. More info: The program is $174 a month + $99 set up. The set up includes a 1 hour consultation as I help your manager set up online marketing for attracting agents on Google & facebook. (It's usually $160 just for the call but I lowered it for offices signing up on group coaching program). It's no risk on a month-to-month plan and you can cancel anytime, but I see it as a long term fit. So it's worth a try. The time to be reconnecting with agents is actually now. What the office gets:
