What if we hired a graphic designer for $60?
What would you get for $60... probably not much, but what if 10 people each chipped in $60?
My idea is to pool our money together and higher graphic designers to start making us monthly templates. This gives us greater buying power and monthly budget that many agents on his/her own wouldn't afford or want to spend.
You'll have a collective voice on what gets made too! Such as ongoing social media posts & stories. Direct mail, flyers, just listed / just sold, etc.

Just SOLD cards...This is a "just SOLD" template for direct mail and door knocking. You'll want to use the magic resize feature in Canva PRO. Drag and drop the listing photos into the place holders. The phone placeholder should have your photo in it.

We have a buyer letter (door knocking)...For every 1 hour I door knocked using this letter, I'd get 2 appointments on average. I only used it when we really had a buyer looking in a specific area. Once I did, I'd edit this template to reflect the area they wanted. Including changing the map.
Some days I'd hit 5-6 areas... so I printed 5-6 different sets with a different map for each one. Why?
